Starting a yoga practice or fitness plan can be quite overwhelming for some people. Do not be put off by what you see on social media, I believe yoga is for everyone, whether you are thin, large, tall, tiny, old, young. Introducing yoga or any other form of fitness into your lifestyle is going to have a positive impact in encouraging weight loss and be a great tool for weight management. Not forgetting, it has a huge impact on calming the mind.

However, just tweaking our lifestyle to include fitness may possibly not be enough of a change for some people. We can create a healthier lifestyle with combining hypnotherapy and yoga which changes the game up a few levels. Both modalities complement each other to create a powerful program. We can embed positive suggestions around healthy and nutritious foods and include positive suggestions around fitness.

The Wellspring Plan – who is it for?
Anyone can sign up for the plan who is looking to make positive changes to their lifestyle; who needs that little bit of extra support, a helping hand.
The Plan is great, for example, if you are:
Returning to exercise after an injury
Lost confidence in going to a regular gym or group class
Lost body confidence and self-esteem
Want to make sustainable lifestyle changes but just do not know where to start.
The content of the sessions is carefully considered in alignment with your mind and body’s needs and these are reviewed on a regular basis.
How it can help you to create a positive change
The Wellspring Plan will run at The Stables Studio where I have all the necessary equipment and space to help you on your journey. Each session will start with a check-in. This is a discussion on how you have been, how the week has gone for you, what challenges you faced. We will discuss your food and fitness plan/journal. This allows me to find out what we may need to include in your plan for the week ahead.
When we have finished our check-in we will then prepare for a hypnotherapy session.
Following on with a 1:1 yoga or a PT session. The style of yoga is a slow flow, linking movement with your breath. Sometimes, before the yoga practice, we may focus on a breathing exercise. We will work through a range of asana (postures), linking movement and pranayama (breath). We work to your speed, taking time to develop and progress, building confidence in your yoga practice. Each session ends with savasana (relaxation) which will sometimes include a guided relaxation to give your brain a break from creating excessive thoughts.
There will be various forms of support offered including online.
As this is quite an intense 2 hours there will be refreshments at the end.
What happens after the Plan
After the 5-weeks have finished we will have been working towards SMART goals (Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-based) which you will continue to build on, helping you to stay on track and keep you motivated.

It is provided on a one-to-one basis but arrangements can be made if you would prefer to start the plan with a friend.
The Wellspring Plan operates on a 1:1 basis and costs in total £650. For two sharing the plan will be a total cost of £390 each.
