One-to-one or One-to-Two Bespoke Packages

If you would like to work together on a more in-depth basis then a bespoke package could be for you.

To build your specific package:

We would sit down and spend time talking and discussing work and home life, use assessments and various questionnaires, to obtain all the necessary information needed as I want to build a realistic package to get you real results. Whether you are after just introducing movement into your life or wanting to address issues which are rendering you stuck and need help in making changes to your fitness and/or wellbeing.

We will discuss the programme, making sure we are meeting your needs before scheduling the sessions.

Your Package can include:

  • Hypnotherapy to control your anxiety, stress and emotional triggers

  • Hypno-coaching

  • Weight loss

  • Gentle yoga to help relax and destress, gain flexibility, build strength and confidence

  • Reconnect the mind and body through fitness and hypnotherapy

  • Realistic and sustainable fitness programmes

  • Various supporting materials

  • Guided relaxations to give your brain a break from creating excessive thoughts

We can work together either in The Stables Studio or I can come to you depending on location.
